Keith Samples Bio for MRC

As the President of Media Rights Capital Television, Keith Samples spearheads MRC's television programs, stars, and distribution channels, including the creation of original programming and syndication of established hits. Keith Samples has formed partnerships with Mike Judge, John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky. He has also formed partnerships with Steve Levinson, executive producer of Entourage, and Diane Frolov and Andy Schneider, writers for the hit television series the Sopranos.

Keith Samples has over 25 years experience in the entertainment industry. He is an independent film producer and director and has worked on over 40 episodes of network and cable television programs, including episodes for The Practice, Homicide, and HBO's Oz. Keith Samples' movies include Election and the romantic comedy A Smile Like Yours, for which he wrote the screen play.

Keith Samples first worked with Media Rights Capital while representing The Office, NBC's popular comedy series featuring Steve Carrel. Keith Samples negotiated with series creator Greg Daniels to gain the rights to the show. Keith Samples asked NBC if they were okay looking around for aggressive ways to increase the price of the show. Media Rights Capital was the winning ticket. Keith Samples later joined Media Rights Capital as the President of their Television Division.

Keith Samples is also the founder and former CEO of Rysher Entertainment. At Rysher Entertainment, Keith Samples worked with the popular television syndicated tv shows Saved By the Bell and Highlander: The Series. Keith Samples’ movies with Rysher included Big Night, Private Parts, Primal Fear and The Saint.
